Vælkomin til Leit.fo. Við at brúka hesa heimasíðu og keypa vørur frá okkara nethandli, góðtekur tú hesar treytir.

1. Almennt

Hesir treytir galda fyri alla nýtslu av okkara heimasíðu og tænastum. Vit hava rætt til at dagføra ella broyta hesar treytir uttan frammanundan fráboðan.

2. Vørur og tænastur

3. Prísir og gjald

Allir prísir eru í DKK og eru við MVG sambært galdandi reglum.

Vit góðtaka gjald við Frisbii.

Vit hava rætt til at broyta prísir uttan frammanundan fráboðan.

4. Bílegging og váttan

Tá ein bílegging er løgd, fær kundin eina automatíska váttan umvegis teldupost. Hetta merkir ikki altíð, at bíleggingin er endaliga góðkend.

Vit hava rætt til at:

  • Nokta ella strika bíleggingar

  • Avmarka nøgd av vørum

  • Strika bíleggingar vegna skeivar prísir ella tøknilig mistøk

5. Levering

Leveringartíð kann broytast eftir:

  • Goymslustøðu

  • Fraktveitara

  • Tollviðurskiftum

  • Óvæntaðum seinkingum

Vit bera ikki ábyrgd av seinkingum uttanfyri okkara tamarhald.

6. Angrarættur og returnering

Kundar hava rætt til at angra keyp sambært galdandi brúkaralóg.

Vøran skal:

  • Returnerast innan [14] dagar

  • Vera í góðum standi

  • Verða send aftur í upprunaligari innpakking, um møguligt

Kundin rindar sjálvur fyri returneringsfrakt, uttan so at vøran hevur feil.

Serframleiddar, niðurtiknar ella persónligar vørur kunnu ikki returnerast, uttan so at tær hava feil.

7. Feilir og skaðar

Um vøran kemur skadd ella við feil, skal kundin seta seg í samband við okkum skjótast gjørligt við:

8. Upphavsrættur

Alt innihald á hesi síðu – herundir myndir, logo, tekstur og grafikkur – er ogn hjá Leit.fo ella okkara samstarvspørtum og má ikki brúkast uttan skrivligt loyvi.

9. Persónsupplýsingar

Viðgerð av persónsupplýsingum fer fram sambært okkara Handilstreytum.

Vit savna bert neyðugar upplýsingar fyri:

  • Bíleggingar

  • Levering

  • Kundatænastu

  • Gjaldshandfaring

 

10. Gjalding

Vit taka bert ímóti gjaldskortum á leit.fo

Vit takað í móti fylgjandi kortum: Visa og MasterCard. Í gjaldsgongdini skalt tú útfylla fylgjandi: Kreditkortnummar, lokadag (útleypsdato) og gátal (kontrolcifre). Eisini skalt tú útfylla eina 3D secure kodu sum tú vart sendandi umvegins NETS. Tá tú keypur frá okkum, koyrur tú tínar kortupplýsingar inná Quickpay, sum er eitt trygt  SSL-kryptera gjaldsportur. Levelup Samtakið fær ongantíð atgongd til tínar kortupplýsingar.

Vit vóna at tú hevur haft gleði av tænastu okkara, takk fyri.

Welcome to  Leit.fo. By using this website and purchasing products from our online store, you agree to these terms and conditions.

  • Other creative services and equipment

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are in DKK and include VAT according to applicable regulations.

We accept payments through Frisbii.

We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

4. Orders and Confirmation

When an order is placed, the customer will receive an automatic confirmation via email. This does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel orders
  • Limit quantities of products
  • Cancel orders due to incorrect pricing or technical errors

5. Delivery

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Stock availability
  • Shipping providers
  • Customs conditions
  • Unexpected delays

We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Customers have the right to cancel purchases in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

The product must:

  • Be returned within [14] days
  • Be in good condition
  • Be returned in its original packaging, if possible

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

Custom-made, discontinued, or personalized products cannot be returned unless they are defective.

7. Defects and Damages

If the product arrives damaged or defective, the customer must contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos, if possible

We will then assess whether a replacement, repair, or refund is appropriate.

8. Copyright

All content on this website — including photographs, logos, text, and graphics — is the property of  Leit.foAttachment.tiff or our partners and may not be used without written permission.

9. Personal Information

The processing of personal information is carried out in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

We only collect necessary information for:

  • Orders
  • Delivery
  • Customer service
  • Payment processing

10. Payment

We only accept card payments on  Leit.foAttachment.tiff.

We accept the following cards: Visa and MasterCard. During the payment process, you must provide the following information: credit card number, expiration date, and security code (CVV). You must also enter a 3D Secure code sent to you through NETS.

When purchasing from us, your card information is entered through Quickpay, which is a secure SSL-encrypted payment gateway. Levelup Samtakið never has access to your card information.
